MIHR Consulting offers Executive placement of all levels of staff from sub department head to CEO. Guaranteed positioning is for three (3) months, otherwise one replacement will be sourced at no extra charged. Fees are not refundable. Payment must be paid to 'MIHR Consulting Sdn Bhd' within seven (7) days from the date of invoice or on the commencement of employment whichever is earlier otherwise the guarantee will lapse and not be enforceable.

The candidate's current status is valid for six (6) months for placement from the date of C.V. sent to the prospective employer and payment of the appropriate fee is obligated within this period should the candidate be hired.

MIHR Consulting has reviewed and cross-checked the applicant who has been found to have the expected suitable experience and credibility for the above position.

The enclosed CV is sent in confidence and in not to be divulged to any other potential employer. Should the applicant be unsuccessful, MIHR Consulting requests the CV be destroyed.

All payments are to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) for candidates places in Malaysia unless otherwise so stated. Any legal dispute whatsoever will be addressed and complied with under the jurisdiction of laws of Malaysia.
