With reference to the Ministry of Tourism Licensing Division Circular No.3/2004, applicants for licenses to operate Tourism Management Businesses and Travel Agency Businesses must observe the following requirements:

1. Every application for license to operate Tourism Management Business and Travel Agency Business must be made using Form 1 (Regulation 3) First Scedule (Attachment 1) as stipulated under the Tourism Industry Regulation (Tourism Management Businesses and Travel Agency Businesses) 1992
2. Every new application whether for all 3 types, combination of 2 types or only one type of business will be charged a processing fee RM100.
3. Subsequent application for additional types of business is considered a new application and is subject to a processing fee of RM100 under Regulation 3(1) and (2) as stipulated under the Tourism Industry Regulations (Tourism Management Businesses and Travel Agency Businesses) 1992
